Powerbeats 3 won’t turn on

Earbuds died quickly and then only charged to 6%. I then tried the reset and put them back on the charger. Light was red for a few minutes and then the light went off. Earbuds won’t turn on at all now.

Powerbeats pro no sound from right earbud Powerbeats pro purchased in April of 2021. Right earbud does not turn on/play sound when placed in ear. Bud does not respond to volume control or button press. Tried forgetting and re-pairing. No sound or function. Did a hard reset and the bud re-connected and worked for two days, then stopped working exactly as before. Buds are in a plugged-in case when not in use (only used an hour at a time at most)

My left Powerbeats Pro will not turn on I have the power beats pro and the left earbud will not turn on. I’ve tried to reset the case (turned off all Bluetooth) , it doesn’t not reset and the light stays white after holding for 2 mins [Edited by Moderator]
