I no longer have an iOS device. I'm trying to sync my icloud mail to my android device and it won't allow me to do so without an app specific generated password. Which apple sends to your iOS device. How will I be able to resolve this?

You need to enable 2 Factor Authentication on your Apple ID and create an app specific password to use. If your account won’t allow 2 Factor Authentication, try 2 step verification. You should be able to set the password at Manage Apple ID.

Apple ID - Manage

Apple ID -Two-factor authentication

Two Factor Authentification availability

Apple ID - Using app-specific passwords

Apple ID - Two Step Verification App Specific Passwords
