Can Anyone help me to fina APN Settings in Iphone x ? as i have checked in Mobile Data options i am getting only two options Enable 4G & Roaming nothing else

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.6

As this article says ... "If your carrier allows it ...". My guess is your cellular carrier does not allow you to access this setting. Ask them if this article does not help.
