Why isnt SAT Up app not working?

Got SAT Up app for my son. Tried creating account through email and facebook and it states “oops, theres been an error”

not sure if it is plannjng to bill my account as ive checked my subscriptions and it said I was charged 0.00. Still feel uneasy about this app.
