Why is it taking so long to download the songs ?

I’m trying to add some songs to my library and also download them but its just loading and loading and it don’t let me create a playlist because it’s waiting for the song to be downloaded..

my wifi it’s pretty fast so I don’t understand why is it taking so long to download.

Im in the 3 months free ?.. could it be that ??

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.2.6, I’m in the 3 month for free
