How can I sort my music library by song title on my iMac?

I have an extensive library and want to create new playlists. In the past I could sort songs in alphabetical order on my iMac but I can't do that anymore. I can sort them on my iPhone though. Help please.

How do I view my songs sorted by recently added to library on Mac like it does on iPhone with Apple Music? On iPhone, in your library you can click on "songs" and see all songs added to your library with the latest added on the top. On my Macbook however I cannot find this feature.
