Notification email

I am trying to change my apple id on my iPhone. when I try to put the new apple id in it states that it can not be the same as a notification email.

what is a notification email?

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.6

What about if it says it can't because it's a notification e-mail (that I already deleted as such)? Hi, I'm trying to change my appleid email for another one. Mistakenly I introduced that e-mail as a notification one, but when I noticed it wasn't the one of the apple ID I deleted it from the notification one. Now if I try to change the apple id one for the other it keeps saying that it can't be one used for notifications. What can I do?
