Bed work of telephone service

Hello. I have problems with telephone service. When I have entering call I can’t answer immediately, when I try do it my phone finishes call. And I have the same problem when I rapidly start calling. I am using IPhone X with last iOS, I bought the phone 3 days ago and I can’t use it normal.
