Apple Configurator 2 - App not installing

Hi all,

I've created an IPA file with Ad Hoc/Distribution cert and am trying to install it on my iPhone 8 via Apple Configurator 2 (after Apple disallowing it via iTunes (Stupid call!!!)) and the app icon appears on the device but is darkened, as if the installation didn't finish. When I click on it, it says the app cannot be installed, please try again later.

Any idea what could be wrong? It's a Nativescript app. Could it be a plugin that I included that is causing the error? I'm really stuck. Please help! 🙂

iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.6

If you've created it yourself I'm not sure, but I know that I have had the same issue when I have not connected the iPad to the Wi-Fi (the issue, I believe, being that the app needed to connect to the store to verify the activation records).

Perhaps it needs to contact the app store to find out it doesn't need to contact the App store (wouldn't be surprised with Apple).
