Dialing *67 before dialing a number will hide your info from the person you are calling.
Without asking the individual you're trying to call, there is no way for you to know... other than the fact that they never respond to you.

If my number has been blocked I want to know if I receive some sort of message. This would be Iphone to iPhone. Also would I get a message a text message was blocked
No. You don't. You will not be notified if you have been blocked.
