OSX High Sierra V 10.13.3 Problem with Microsoft Office 2016 V 16.10.0

Dear Apple,

I have purchased MS Office for mac recently and cannot open the all the apps as they all crashed at start up.

After discussing the issue with Microsoft team and did some tests on my machine, it turned out that i could normally launch the apps while switching to alternative user account. So, Microsoft team concluded that from this situation it could be that there is some setting that is preventing MS Office to run on my local user account (SEE discussion here ALL applications of MS office keeps crashing at start up Mac OS High - Microsoft Community )

I wonder if there is any way I could find that particular setting that is disrupting my work flow as I wish to use a few different apps at the same time but I don't want to switch between user accounts every time I have to use MS Office.

Actually, this new Sierra is also slowing down when i use some Adobe apps too

I'm using :

OSX High Sierra V 10.13.3

Microsoft Office 2016 V 16.10.0

Thank you!

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
