Apple ID disabled

my Apple ID says its disabled and I started a case#100441561445 however no one has gotten back to me on why it is disabled nor how to fix this issue

iPad, iOS 5.1.1

Apple ID is locked or disabled

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Give them your case number.
