My iphone is disabled

Its been nearly a week since My phone got disabled and it says connect to iTunes which I am unable to as I'm in a place where there is no fast internet. I tried the icloud way to restore it said it will only restore when there is network on the phone. I also tried apple recovery mode and requested for account recovery haven't still received a reply . does anyone know if there is another way I can unlock my phone . pls help I really need to solve this asap
