Why can't I answer the Apple support Call?
I am trying to resolve an issue with FAceTime logging in on my MacBook Air
I have a Samsung 6 phone and when the call comes it won't allow me to answer... horribly frustrating
Thanks Lanny, I've not explained myself well... apologies.
I was trying to answer a call from Apple support on my Samsung 6 (not FaceTime). Frustratingly, the keypad options were not active and I couldn't access the call... they called back about 10 times and I couldn't answer!
The FaceTime issue was separate -on my Macbook, and I finally called Apple support when I found a number and it has been resolved.
