Why does Apple make it impossible to report their own wrong charges?
Erroneous charges by Apple shall not be possible to be brought up and and fixed? These pages linked to in the email with my receipt for a false charge by Apple, do not help at all. They just lead to going in a circle. Even on the crystal clear page for payments done, payment found, there is just missing that button to say: "Submit for review" or something to that effect. It's just not there.
I will now have to follow-up through my bank, reporting the false charge through them.
This is the worst kind of non-service.
