Need to upgrade from El Capitan to Sierra.

I need to upgrade from El Capitan to Sierra.currently i use a Mac Mini and the configuration is as follows


OS X EL Capitan (version 10.11.6)

Mac mini (Late 2012)

Processor 2.3 GHZ Intel Core i7

Memory 16GB 1600 MHZ DDR3

Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB


I use few audio applications as well.so in order to update those applications i need to update my OS El Capitan to Sierra.I wanted to know if my current configuration s compatible with Sierra.Also what's the workflow like in Sierra with the above mentioned configuration.Any leads would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean by the workflow? It's pretty much the same system as El Capitan.

No it shouldn't slow down your Mac at all, in fact it may run faster.
