ItunesConnect Monthly payments not recieved

I've my own apps on iOS developer program and Apple is transferring payment every month which I earn through my apps. How can I get receipt with transaction no? So, I can ask to my bank in case of any delay? I have not received my payments of last month so far and status on ItunesConnect shows "paid" to my bank account on 8th of March. Can i track with any reference number?

Payment why apple.com withdraws cash from the card? I do not have active subscriptions (checked in settings) and did not buy anything from App Store for long time, but today I lost money from my card and was billed for Apple iTunes com and do not know what for I paid, no receipts received or detailed description of purchased items.
