Cannot pair watch linked to my forgotten account

I purchased an Apple Watch and I linked it to my fathers account To use it for a while but after he returned it back i can’t pair it again to my device Just keep saying its un paired to my fathers account and already forgot the account and I’m stuck with watch for almost 3 months..plz help me with my watch ?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.6

Your father will have to un-pair the watch from his phone before you will be able to pair it with yours.
