Question: not able to connect iphone 7 with Itunes in Mac

Dear Apple Support Center ,

I have question, My iphone is disabled, using for Iphone 7 and I would like to reset my Itunes. Is it could be connect with my computer? But there has some simple question like this access not allowing this computer, you should manage your Itunes? What Should I do? How to able to connect with my laptop? and How to unlock my disable phone?
