Problems with QuickType

Hello, I would like to ask you why isn’t quicktype working. I bought Iphone SE in abroad, from the South Korea. Recently I has updated it to ios11 but noticed that QuickType doesn’t work. This problem appears only while using Russian keyboard, I’ve already checked keyboard settings but nothing helped

iOS 14.4.2 Norwegian Predictions Not Showing / Swipe - Slide keyboard not working / No Auto-Correct Hey! I just got the iPhone 12 mini, and in the dictionaries I've added Norwegian as second language. When I select keyboard input with the globe (long press) and set it to English (UK) I get swipe and predictions as expected As soon as I switch it to Norwegian I don't get predictions nor swipe. It is pure manual type with 0 prediction or auto-correction. I also tried GBoard but that didn't work either. Is this a known issue? I see a lot of people having problems with this. It's even gone all the way back to early iOS 14. Will it persist for long? Hot fixes in the works? It's a dealbreaker as I have to be able to write in both languages at a decent pace. OS12 keyboard inconsistencies Since upgrading my iPad mini and my iPhone 5SE to os12 I have been irritated that the short cut , only on my iPad, for the numeric keys has switched position with the international 'Globe.i have checked the Settings on both & they appear to be the same (I use English, German & Spanish, all QUERTY).is this a setting or a bug ?greetings
