icloud backup has problem two device
I am not able to backup in iCloud from my iPad and IPhone. I have space and I tried everything: logout, reset. Can you help me please?

I already saw that link. But my country don’t have Apple Support. The message I have is “the last backup could not be completed”
I already try all this 🙁 maybe I have to reset all
