whatsapp back up not working

whataspp latest version 2.18.31

i cannot backup my whatsapp data to icloud
its not working. I doesnot show any error but still not working

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.3.5

I have tried all these things but didnot work
You can see the screenshot that it always got stuck for unlimited time
on back up sync so it is icloud issue??

Unable to backup Whatsapp Chat I was unable to backup my Whatsapp chat to iCloud, the progress always stuck at 2% (75.7mb of 2.95gb). My iCloud do have sufficient space for the backup. iOS version: 13.5 Whatsapp ver: 2.20.52
