Mini DP to VGA is not working MacOS Sierra High

I bought a new Mini DP to VGA adapter, when I plugged in for first time, it detected and started display on external screen. However, after 2 mins, it stopped display on external monitor and never detected. I changes monitors but of no use. Did anyone have the same issue? Did it get fixed. If show please help with the solution.

Current Version : macOS High Sierra Version: 10.13.3

MacBook Model: MacBook Air.
