How can I teach Siri to pronounce the name of my town properly on an iphone ios 10.2.6. As far as I can find, you can only teach her to pronounce peoples names from your contacts by telling it it’s not pronouncing the name properly. I don’t think that works with locations. Granted, Vermont has a pension for pronouncing French

And Italian names incorrectly.

In the case of Barre, Vermont, Siri pronounces it phoneticly: Barr. We vermonters ALL oddly pronounce it as the name Barry (perhaps after Bari, Itali. but that it’s pronounced differently from Barre, VT also)
