Question:

Question: iMessage has stopped working.

it repeatedly asks me to login and verify the account, as when done just goes back requesting login again.


i have tried the suggestions on the forum. I cannot disable it as it is not activated, the email and password revert to empty after verification.


I would be very grateful for any help.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in the article: If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime, it would be best at this point to go to this link to Contact Support This will get you in touch with Apple and they will be happy to proceed with further steps.
