Cancel year long subscription

I am trying to cancel a Nutrino subscription that I thought would be deducites monthly but now I see it took the entire year’s subscription in one transaction. How can I cancel it and get my money back? It’s been less than 24hours and I sent them an email to that effect is there anything else I can do?
