Pages does not work on Ipad Pro and all of my documents have disappeared.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.2.6, Pages does not work.

Pages may have crashed.

Try double clicking the home button to bring up the app switcher, and swipe Pages up and off the screen to close it.

Then try to open Pages again.

What happens when you try to use Pages?

If you open the Files App on your iPad, can you see a Pages folder in iCloud with your documents?

I have a blank screen on Pages. I found my documents as you suggested but when I go to open them nothing is there.
