please help, i have bought iphone secondhand from old friend and after reset suddenly icloud locked and i do not know the account, my friend who sell it also died, how to open the account again?

You can't. There is no way to bypass the activation lock. If your friend did not properly prepare it for sale, it's now too late to do anything about it.
Recycle it and buy a phone you can use. That one is a brick.
Your phone is activation locked. Without the person who locked the phone, you will never be able to use the phone. Apple will not help you either.
