Family sharing not working

I have the 200G plan and I share it with my husband. On every device that I am logged in, it does not indicate the 200G, only 5G. On his devices where he is logged in he has the entire 200G, less about 26 GB that he's taking up. My question is, why isn't it recognizing that we share the 200 on my devices/account?
