I had a email that somebody is purchasing a game on my apple id with payment and it was not me..
Can i find out who did this?

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond to, or otherwise act on the email.
Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
