How can i switch on my ipad if that is saying that it is not activating?

I have an ipad 2...i was using it and suddenly i saw apple logo and it turned off...now it is saying that choosw a wifi network or connect to itunes and i m connecting it to wifi and it is saying that it is not activating try to connect it with itunes 😔 i dont have itunes right now
