When using the iPhone version of this app, it is possible to access the settings and set the region so I can watch local content.

When using the app on my AppleTV 4 all programs appear to be in HD and there is no facility to adjust settings to get regional content. In fact, there doesn't appear to be any way to adjust any settings.
