I updated my 6s plus and it took me to the activation lock i put my apple id in and it said it was wrong i need the original one that came with the phone and i dont know who that person is the phone has a clean imei and is not stolen

If you cannot contact the original owner, then get a refund from the vendor. This iPhone will be useless without the original owner's assistance.
