Why is a new back up on TM taking days?
MacBook Pro (17-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.4)
Hopefully, you are not trying to do an initial backup using wireless, which is often 5-10 times or more slower than a wired connection directly from your Mac to the Time Capsule. Can you confirm on that please?
How much data is being backed up from your Mac to the Time Capsule? (We assume that you have a Time Capsule, correct?).
What is the current remaining estimate of time remaining for the back up to complete?
