Globe icon enabled but missing on iMessage keyboard

I have iPad Air Version 11.2.6. The globe icon is missing from iMessage keyboard. Emoji keyboard is enabled. I deleted it, restarted and reinstalled but still does not appear.

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.6

3rd party keyboard in messages app Recently after doing a mass update on a bunch of apps my 3rd party keyboards have stopped showing up in the messages app. I'm using the organic iMessage/text app and on iOS 12.1.4. the 3rd party keyboards still work in other apps ie. Facebook, Safari etc. Thank you for any help in this matter

Emoji Keyboard is not working. I installed the recent update on my iPad and now my emoji's are not working. I have erased and reinstalled the emoji keyboard, restarted my iPad, and searched the Apple C ommunity for suggestions--none of which have worked. I cannot find a globe icon in messages as suggested. I would appreciate some help.
