A few posts here have talked about being on the phone with Apple Support, generating logs for them to look into issues; are HomePod logs owner accessible? I have songs in my library that either consistently or intermittently fail to play and am very interested in looking into device logs for myself. These same songs have never been problematic on other devices (another laptop relying solely on iTunes Match/iCloud Music, iPhone, AppleTV, etc.).

I don't see anything in Console.app on macOS, I can't do anything involving the HomePod with the Apple Support iOS app aside from starting a phone call, I'm at a loss to think of any other ideas.

How did a support rep get you to generate logs? Did you have the ability to access them?

HomePod, Space Gray

I've not personally had any need to deal with Apple Support regarding my HomePod, but you may find something under Home > HomePod > Details > Analytics > Analytics Data. I've no idea how you might make sense of the various files that are produced, but there is a share icon that could be used to forward them.
