how do I stop an app from taking money from my visa debit

So an app was accidentally purchased some how. My niece had my cell, I deleted the app but it still says on my bank statement and on apple they’re deducting over $40 from my bank account. I don’t know how to stop it.

Deleting the app does not stop associated subscriptions.

Follow the steps here to cancel any recurring subscriptions associated with the App:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Debit card My question to you guys is how do you stop apple from charging your card without your authorization. I downloaded quite a few games on my phone due to my niece . I downloaded a game called episodes that she’s been playing I’m not sure what she purchased but it has put my bank balance in the -$198 at this point I don’t know what to do
