iMessages after Wipe

I want to wipe my iPhone. However, all my iMessages from my other devices are sent through my phone number. If I wipe my phone, will my messages on my other devices stay there?

On other devices where you're signed in with your Apple ID, you should still be able to see those iMessages, e.g. on your Mac. Wiping the phone, will remove everything that's on it.

They should stay where they are. Messages isn't set up to delete from other devices/computers when deleted from one. Remember to set up messages forwarding when you get the phone restored.
