I contacted apple about my watch not charging. Do I pay the $222 in the email?

I was sent a service email regarding having my watch worked on. I was told they would send me a box to ship my watch in to have it worked on. The tech said I needed to confirm payment info through an email she send but I would not be charged until my watch was evaluated. The amount is showing $222.?? I will buy a new watch if I need to pay this amount. Can someone look at this for me please?
