If Apple contacts you at all, they will use your name, not Dear Customer. Apple has no reason at all to ask for your Social Security number, and they never would.
Apple is also very conscious of grammar. There a lot of stupid errors in this email. Such as sentences ending with a comma instead of a period. The use of a two capitalized words that aren't at the beginning of a sentence, and aren't someone's name (Permanently Locked).
Lastly, if you tap and hold on that huge LOGIN button, you'll see the site it will send you to has nothing whatsoever to do with Apple.
