The lost Id issue!

I've got an iPhone but the owner (my close friend) he totally forgot his id already! but he probably knows the ID associate to that phone! please someone help me how can i find my password ?? Note here in Iran we can not register the ID to our own email address! because then we cant active it! apple dont support the Iranian users any!

so we have to buy an ID cards actives before fro the shops and use that for unlocking the iPhone! but when we lost that ID card its means we are losing every thing because there is no security questions information's! no birth date info! no email address to recovering of the forgotten password or id!!

so please help me?😕

is it possible to asking the apple people to send the ID and password to my friends mobile number? the sim-card he firstly used to registering of this phone is available, they can check it in the iTunes for sure!
