Can I delete or turn off find my iPad without entering the Apple ID password

Hi my name is saly I have an iPad Air 2 but it is logged onto my mother’s Apple ID on iCloud . My Mam and dad recently got divorced and me and my dad moved away than my Mam changed her password the App Store is connected to my Apple ID but my dad is afraid my Mam can find us through find my iPad and I can’t reset delete or turn off find my iPad without the new password what can I do ??
