Received email Apple in Cork, Ireland telling of an over $100 charge on an iPad Pro. I don’t have that device nor have I made a charge. Please advise ... I have not responded to this email.

It is a phishing attempt.

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
