How to exit CarPlay
Need to know how to exit CarPlay. On my 2018 Acura tlx

Much as you would terminate a Bluetooth connection between an iPhone and a car when the Bluetooth is simply used for music and telephone, the way to end CarPlay is to simply leave your car taking your iPhone with you.
If you need to terminate CarPlay before you leave the car, simply go to Settings > Bluetooth on the iPhone and terminate the connection to your car.
