How do I solve airplay interference?

I’m struggling with AirPlay interference when I use Apple Music through my Naim Qu-be.

I get lots of noise and crackling when I use it and I have an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 11.2.6

The Qu-be works fine with WiFi when I listen to the radio.

I also have same issues with my wife’s iPhone (6s) which is also on my Apple ID

What’s weird is that I’ve just got the kids new phones (a 7 and an SE) and have started apple family sharing where they have their own apple IDs. There is no interference at all on their phones.

Please help...
