iPhone 5S, iOS 11.2.6.
Last week my cellular data current period number got stuck at 97.1 MB for a few days. I hit Reset Statistics, and since then it has been stuck at 0 bytes. I power cycled several times, removed and reinstalled the SIM card, turned off LTE and used 3G for a while, turned LTE back on, and even reinstalled iOS, but the cellular data usage still shows 0 bytes. I'm definitely using data. What else can I do to fix this?

It is not the carrier, I tested my SIM card in another phone and the cellular data worked fine, the issue is with the iPhone maybe is the IOS 11.2.6 that stucks the data in 0 Bytes.

Fixed!
I popped in a different SIM card, used some data from that carrier, and then popped the original one back in. It's now counting up from 0 bytes again.
Anyone have an idea? Does iOS keep track of the data usage number on its own, or is this something that it gets from the carrier?
