I just recovered my Apple ID and reset my password. After I entered the new password, I tried to update my apps but a window popped up that says “Your Apple ID has been disabled.” What is happening?

contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
I reset my Apple ID and it is still telling me it is disabled. What’s up with that?
