Macbook Pro 13" Retina Display Graphics Issue

It has been 3 days since I bought this used Early 2015 13" MacBook Pro with Retina Display. So far, it works decently well, but there's one bay area that bothers me, and that is the display making weird artifacts and some flickering.

About the display glitching, it's not a hardware issue. It's most likely a software/driver issue which can be reproduced with moderate, if not heavy multitasking. That includes messaging (Discord for that matter,) browsing, streaming video, etc. etc.. I've tried resetting the NVRAM/PRAM and SMC. No such luck. I've even updated to the latest version of High Sierra, (10.13.3) and no luck either. I was able to capture some display glitches with the QuickTime screen recorder, which definitely indicates a possible driver issue. Any remedies would be appreciated, and hopefully a driver update.
