I have recently went from the iphone7 to the iphoneX an my apple I’d will not let me redo load my apps music movies or ringtones,I keep getting a message that my account needs to be verified an that I need to update my payment method I have done both

my account keeps getting the same message an I still can’t get my apps an things to my new phone

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.6

I can’t download apps on my new iPhone I can’t download apps on my new phone. Every time I try it says this Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store. And when I click review, it goes back to the same thing. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
