My WiFi constantly disconnects

My phone always switches from wifi back to LTE and uses up my data. When I go back in my settings it often says that it is connected but in the top corner shows LTE or 4g. Sometimes it connects again and other times it doesn’t. How do I fix this?

WiFi & XS i have the XS Max. I constantly lose WiFi connection or have very slow WiFi (even though there are no issues on any other devices). Sometimes I have to turn off WiFi in order for my phone to respond. Ive reset network settings, rebooted, tried putting on Airplane & then rebooted... nothing seems to fix this. HELP!
